When Elaine Dyer, one of our Account Executives called to see Riviera Hot Tubs, she found that the Traders policy they had bought not only had a 10% Contribution clause, because of the construction of the building, but also there were major cover deficiencies. The company install hot tubs anywhere in the UK and have also have completed a number of contracts in Europe. The European work was completely uninsured. There was also no cover for the Buildings of their workshop, nor tools, equipment and materials in transit to and from sites.
Elaine was able to fix up proper insurance without the contribution clause, and all the cover the firm needed for around the same premium (£100 less in fact) as the previous defective policy.
